Delete from the app
Open Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Confirm the request using the identity connected to your account.
If you cannot access the app
Use our contact form from the email associated with your account and select “Account deletion.” Include your username if available. We may request verification before processing the deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, social graph, saved challenges, results, proof references, account-linked analytics and authentication identity are removed or anonymized, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
What may be retained
Limited security, moderation, transaction or legal records may be retained when required to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or comply with law. Public content copied or shared by another user may remain outside our systems.
Timing
Requests are normally completed within 30 days. Some backups may take additional time to expire through scheduled retention cycles.
