Make sure you are using the same Apple or Google identity associated with your profile. Guest progress remains on the original device until it is claimed by an account.
Proof and moderation
If proof cannot be published, it may have failed an on-device safety check or require review. Keep the original media and describe the challenge when contacting support.
Invitations and Universal Links
Open invitation links from Messages, Notes or another app on an iPhone with Random Challenge installed. A browser fallback appears when the app is unavailable.
